		<description>Although I appreciate that IIS 7.5 is better than 6.0, it&#039;s still a rather PITA to make it work:
1. in different folder than a default wwwroot (permissions on the folder in 2008 R2)
2. PHP 5.3 from scratch - it simply won&#039;t work... had to use WebPlatform installer from MS
3. Zend Framework and URLRewrite still are bit tricky to setup (am still researching this subject - and this is how I came here)...
So bottom line is - you want PHP server that is easy, reliable and portable? go LAMP...</description>
